Call to Order: The meeting was called to order by Lewis at 7:03 P.M.
Citizens to Be Heard: No public comments were received.
Approval of Meeting Minutes: The minutes of March 18, 2026, meeting and April 15,2026, meeting minutes. Motion - Kraft

Events and Facility Updates:

Staffing: Fragile, Short Staffed, Overworked and Underappreciated Staff is tired - Starting to Show.

Pickleball Courts: Light poles installed, Water line installed, Frost Free Spirket and a bigger line, received 1st round of playground equipment. 2 more loads are expected by June 2nd, 2026. Waiting for concrete pouring, awarded to Pronghorn.

Archery Range: Awarded $80,000 grant, waiting for legal review and commission approval.

Events for June 2026: Rodeo, Grand County Fair Board Meeting, Open Ride (Multiple Dates), Crystal Festival, Stage Training (OSTA Staff Multiple Dates), D's Adventures, Dynatrace, Skate Moab, Softball Practice (Multiple Days, both fields).
Project/Maintenance:

Wetting Agent to outside area: Try it to the arena seems to of sone okay so far.
Facility Improvements:

Roll up doors have been replaced and installed (all 3 doors)

2025 Audit Draft Review - Talked about amending the 2026 budget for general fund transfer to capital fund. Send Fraud Assessment from 2025 - Discussion of changing QuickBooks to something more affordable, talk to the auditor to see if there is other software that is better suited
