PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the regular meeting of the Planning Commission of Layton, Utah, will be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, in the City Council Chambers, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah, at 7:00 PM.

PUBLIC MEETING
1. Fort Lane Estates Subdivision - PRELIMINARY PLAT
The applicant, Marc Hansen, is requesting preliminary plat approval for the Fort Lane Estates Subdivision, which will include 17 single-family lots. The property is located at approximately 1300 North Fort Lane.
2. Sand Ridge Parkway Church Subdivision - PRELIMINARY PLAT
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is requesting preliminary plat approval for the Sand Ridge Parkway Church Subdivision, a one-lot subdivision to allow for the construction of a new meetinghouse. The property is located at approximately 200 North Sand Ridge Parkway.

3. Approximately 2382 East 1200 North - REZONE
The applicant, Brent Hale, is requesting to rezone a 533 square-foot City-owned remnant parcel located behind 2382 East 1200 North from A (Agriculture) to R-1-10 (Single family Residential). The property is located at approximately 2382 East 1200 North.
