AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 16.8 OF THE VIRGIN MUNICIPAL CODE ('VMC') BY ADDING A DEFINITION OF ACCESSORY STRUCTURE TO VMC §16.2.12 AND BY ADDING § 16.8.60 (ACCESSORY STRUCTURES), ESTABLISHING STANDARDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION, PLACEMENT, SIZE, AND USE OF ACCESSORYSTRUCTURES IN ALL ZONING DISTRICTS; AND PROVIDING FOR RELATED MATTERS 2. AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING AND ENACTING A NEW CHAPTER 46 IN TITLE 16 OF THE VIRGIN MUNICIPAL CODE ('VMC'), ESTABLISHING A REVIEW PROCESS FOR NEW OR UNLISTED BUSINESS USES AS REQUIRED BY UTAH CODE 10-20-507; PROVIDING FOR CLASSIFICATION REQUESTS, ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW, LEGISLATIVE ACTION, AND APPEALS; AND MAKING RELATED AMENDMENTS. 3. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND RESTATING SECTION 16.2.18 OF THE VIRGIN MUNICIPAL CODE TO ESTABLISH PROCEDURES FOR PRELIMINARY AND FINAL SITE PLAN REVIEW; PROVIDING FOR TECHNICAL UTILITY REVIEW BY THE JOINT UTILITY COMMITTEE (JUC); DELEGATING APPROVAL AUTHORITY TO THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR; AND PROVIDING FOR AN ORDERLY, SAFE, AND COMPLIANT DEVELOPMENT REVIEW PROCESS. 4.
