A Resolution R2026-U of the Town Council of the Town of Virgin, Utah, Amending the Town Fee Schedule to Revise Cemetery Fees, Establish Community Development and Public Works Permit Fees, and Adopt a Sign Permit Fee Schedule Pursuant to Virgin Municipal Code 3. 2026-06 An Ordinance Amending and Restating Chapter 16.20 of the Virgin Municipal Code to Establish a Joint Utility Committee (JUC), Amending Subsection 16.18.12(F)(1) to Designate the Community Development Director as the Administrative Land Use Authority for Final Plat Approval, Repealing References to the Development Review Committee, and Providing for Coordinated Utility Review of Development Applications. 4. 2027-07 An Ordinance Permanently Banning the Discharge of Fireworks Within the Municipal Boundaries of the Town and Setting a Criminal Penalty for Violating Said Ban 5.
