PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that Orangeville City will hold a Enterprise Hearing on June 11, 2025 at 6:00 p.m., Public Hearing at 6:15 p.m. and it's regular meeting on June 11, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall, 25 North Main, Orangeville, Utah, 84537, to consider the agenda items hereinafter set forth:
ENTERPRISE FUND HEARING 6:00 P.M.
Agenda will be as follows:
1. Introduction by Mayor Shaun Bell
2. Open Enterprise Fund Hearing
A. Discuss a transfer Utility Fund Monies to the General Fund in the amount of $43,100.00 to balance the deficit from unforeseen expenditures.
B. Accept Public Comment
3. Close Public Hearing and motion to move into Public Hearing.
BUDGET HEARING 6:15 P.M.
Agenda will be as follows:
1. Introduction by Mayor Shaun Bell
2. Open Public Hearing
A. Discus Amending Budget for Fiscal Year 2025-2026.
B. Discuss the 2026-2027 GENERAL FUND BUDGET, UTILITY BUDGET, MUNICIPLE BUILDING AUTHORITY BUDGET, CAPITAL PROJECT BUDGET AND PERPETUAL CARE FOR ORANGEVILLE CITY.
C. Discuss the 2026-2027 CERTIFIED TAX RATE.
D. Accept Public Comment
3. Close Public Hearing and motion to move into Regular City Council Meeting.

11. Approve/Deny- proposed RESOLUTION 2026-5 A RESOLUTION APPROVING TO MAKE A TRANSFER FROM THE UTILITY FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND TO BALANCE DEFICIT IN THE 2025-2026 BUDGET.
12. Approve/ Deny proposed- RESOLUTION 2026-6 -A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2025-2026 GENERAL FUND, MUNICIPAL BUILDING AUTHORITY, CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND, UTILITY FUND, PERPETUAL CARE, AND CLASS C FUND BUDGET.
13. Approve/ Deny proposed- RESOLUTION 2026-7- A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2026-2027 GENERAL FUND BUDGET, UTILITY BUDGET, MUNICIPLE BUILDING AUTHORITY BUDGET, CAPITAL PROJECT BUDGET AND PERPETUAL CARE BUDGET FOR ORANGEVILLE CITY.
14. Approve proposed RESOLUTION 2026-8- A RESOLUTION SETTING THE 2025-2026 CERTIFIED TAX RATE for Orangeville city.
15. Discuss/Approve/Deny proposed RESOLUTION 2026-9- A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE ORANGEVILLE CITY FEE SCHEDULE AND ADOPTING AN UPDATED CONSOLIDATED FEE SCHEDULE.
16. Ratify .
