NOTICE is hereby given that the WASATCH COUNTY APPEALS HEARING OFFICER will hold a Public Hearing on June 23, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. in the Wasatch County Complex Services Building, Conference Room B, located at 55 South 500 East, Heber City, to consider the items described below:

1. Charles Pearlman, representing Susan Hawkins, requests a Variance for 1709 Marmot Lane (Lot 14 of Brighton Estates) to allow a lesser setback, for a single-family home, than required by code sections 16.09.09(A) and 16.21.07(C). The property is in the Mountain (M) zone. (Variance-26-001) Doug Smith.
2. Cody Johnson requests a Variance to the setback requirement for lots 3, 4 and 5 of the Stony Oaks Subdivision. Said lots have homes in various stages of construction. The variance, if approved, would allow a lesser setback for all three homes from the setback required by code sections 16.08.08(A) and 16.21.07(C). The lots are located at 5373 East 1200 South, 5333 East 1200 South and 5281 East 1200 South in the RA-1 zoning district (Variance-26-002) Doug Smith.
