4. Approve minutes of May 13, 2026, Regular Meeting - By Motion
5. Open Public Hearing - By Motion
6. Receive Public Comments on the following Resolutions:
a) Resolution 26-2, A Resolution to Open and Make Necessary Adjustments to the 2026 Fiscal Year Budget - By Motion
b) Resolution 26-3, A Resolution Adopting a Final Budget for the 2027 Fiscal Year - By Motion
7. Close Public Hearing - By Motion
8. Adopt the Certified Property Tax Rate of .000711 for the 2026 Tax Year as proposed by the County - By Motion
9. Request that the Town Board include a stipend in the 2027 Fiscal Year Budget for her additional time spent beyond the general duties as the Planning Commission Chair - Nancy Dalton (By Motion)

a) Report on video conference held on May 20th with Ensign Engineering and the State Water Board representatives concerning the Water Improvement Project and the project to replace the Lead/Copper service lines.

Close public meeting and go into closed session to discuss one or more of the following: the character, professional competence or physical or mental health of an individual collective bargaining; pending or reasonably imminent litigation, the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, including any form of water rights or water shares; deployment of security personnel, devices or systems; investigative proceedings regarding allegations of criminal misconduct.
