2) Public hearing and possible approval of Ordinance No. 1014 for Amendments to the Snyderville Basin Development Code, Sections 10-3-5, 10-3-9,10-3-15(A)(1) and (D)(2), 10-3-18(G)(1) (d)(1), 10-4-16(F)(2), 10-10-9-17(B)(4)4-20(C)(4), 10-7-2(C)(3)-(4), 10-8-5(B)(1) and (2)(g), 10-8-13(C), 10-9-1, 10-9-2, 10-9-9(A), (B), and (C), 10-9-17(B)(4), 10-9-20(B), 10-9-21(A), 10-9-22(D)-(G), and Chapter 11.
