1. Shawn Brinkerhoff, 205 S 400 E, Parcel ID#01-0117-0000, R2-7 zone district. Consideration and possible approval of a lot size variance allowing for subdivision of the parcel. Parcel contains two (2) separate structures. Minimum lot size in the zone district is 7,000 sq ft. Subdivision of land would create two (2) lots of approximately 6,140 sq ft each. Other zoning requirements are complied with or existing legal non-conforming.
