SUMMIT SERVICE AREA #3 (THE 'SERVICE AREA')
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PROPOSED ANNEXATION
Pursuant to Sections § § 17B-1-409 and 17B-1-410 of the Utah Code, the Summit County
Service Area #3 Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing at 6:00 pm on June 16, 2026, to
consider the proposed annexation of approximately sixty-two (62) acres of real property
('Proposed Property') located adjacent to the Service Area, indicated on the survey attached
hereto.
The public hearing will take place at the Mountain Life Church located at 7375 Silver Creek Rd.,
Park City, Utah. The public shall have the opportunity to provide comments at the public hearing
and the Board of Trustees shall consider the proposed annexation as set forth in the annexation
petition filed by the Municipal Building Authority of Park City and Park City Municipal
Corporation.
The estimated financial impact, in terms of taxes and fees, upon the typical Service Area resident
if the Proposed Property is annexed into the Service Area is none. The estimated financial
impact, in terms of taxes and fees, upon the typical property owner within the Proposed Property
if the Proposed Property is annexed into the Service Area is none.
Property owners and registered voters within the Proposed Property may protest the annexation
by filing a written protest with the Service Area within 30 days after the public hearing.
