PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the regular meeting of the Planning Commission of Layton, Utah, will be held on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, in the City Council Chambers, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah, at 7:00 PM.

PUBLIC MEETING
1. Walton Subdivision - PRELIMINARY PLAT
The applicant, Molly Walton, is requesting preliminary plat approval for the Walton Subdivision to create a new lot under the R-1-8 (Single Family Residential) zoning. The property is located at approximately 640 North Church Street.
PUBLIC HEARING
2. Layton Farms Subdivision - REZONE
The applicants, Keri and John Marsh, are requesting a rezone of 10.4 acres from A (Agriculture) to R-1-8 (Single Family Residential) for a proposed single-family residential subdivision. The property is located at approximately 2000 West Gordon Avenue.
