TOWN OF RUSH VALLEY
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Rush Valley Town Council will conduct a public hearing at the Rush Valley Town Hall, 52 South Park Street, Rush Valley, Utah at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, June 17, 2026. The purpose of the hearing is to gather public input on the following:
- Proposed 2026-2027 Fiscal Budget
- Proposed 2025-2026 Budget Amendments
- Consideration of an Ordinance Establishing Compensation for the Elective, Statutory and Appointed Officers of the Town of Rush Valley for the 2026-2027 Fiscal Year
All interested persons are invited to attend and provide comment regarding these matters. Written comments will also be considered if submitted to the Town Clerk/Recorder at least three (3) days prior to the hearing. Comments may be submitted by email to townofrv@gmail.com.
