Public notice is hereby given that the Ephraim City Planning and Zoning Commission, in accordance with Sections 11.24.030 and 10.20.060 of the Ephraim City Municipal Code, will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly approve a request regarding a proposed commercial subdivision, consisting of 3 lots, located at approximately Highway 89 and 700 S.
The applicant is proposing to subdivide a portion of parcel S-6183x1 into 3 lots for the purpose of developing a commercial subdivision.
