Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, the Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing in the Parowan City Council Chambers, 35 E. 100 N., Parowan, UT, to receive public comments regarding a preliminary subdivision plat for Gateway Peaks Subdivision, Phase 1. This subdivision is proposed for the property recently annexed into the city as the Prime West Development LLC Annexation and consists of approximately 51.16 acres.
The Commission will also hear comments regarding the 1200 West Road Dedication for Evil Water Land LLC.
A brief presentation will be given before the public hearing to offer further information to the public. A copy the preliminary plan for Gateway Peaks Subdivision, Phase 1, is attached, as well as the road dedication for 1200 West.
