NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Ogden City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 3rd Floor, Ogden Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah, to consider the following items: - Zoning Ordinance amendment to modify the setback and fence standards in the O-1 (Open Space) zone; and - Zoning map amendment to change the zoning of the properties at 497 and 605 Grant Avenue and 253 4th Street from R-1-6 (Single-family Residential) to O-1 (Open Space) The proposal may be viewed at the Ogden Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard, during regular business hours, or online at planningnotices.ogdencity.com. Anyone wishing to comment on the proposal may speak at the hearing. This meeting will also be held electronically.
