- Drop Boxes are available at the city offices: Ballard City: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Naples City: Monday - Thursday, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm Vernal City: Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm There is a drop box inside the County Building: Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Library Drive-Thru: available 24/7, closing at 8 pm on Election day.
