NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF SUMMIT COUNTY SERVICE AREA #3 FEE SCHEDULE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Utah Code § 17B-1-313, the Board of Trustees
for Summit County Service Area #3 adopted a revised fee schedule after holding a public
hearing on May 19, 2026, pursuant to Utah Code § 17B-1-643. The adopted fee schedule is
attached to this notice.
Any person in interest may file an action in a court with jurisdiction under Title 78A, Judiciary
and Judicial Administration, of the Utah Code to contest the regularity, formality, or legality of
the fee schedule within 30 days of the date of this notice. If the fee schedule is not contested by
the filing of an action within the 30-day period following the publication of this notice, no one
may contest the regularity, formality, or legality of the resolution after the expiration of the 30-
day period, in accordance with Utah Code § 17B-1-313.
This notice shall be published, as a Class A notice under Utah Code § 63G-30-102, for 30 days.
