- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Moroni City Council will conduct a Public Hearing as part of its regular meeting on Thursday, May 21, 2026, beginning at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Moroni Community Center, 80 South 200 West, Moroni, Utah. 1. Welcome - Mayor Troy D. Prestwich - Motion to start meeting - Roll call of Council Members - Conflict of Interest Disclosures: Councilmembers shall identify any item on the current agenda for which they have a conflict of interest or personal interest. 2.
