REGULAR AGENDA Items Listed Below May Include Discussion, Public Hearing, and Action Utah Main Street Program - The Historic Preservation Board Will Consider Forwarding a Recommendation to the Utah State Historic Preservation Office for the Tier 1 Utah Main Street Program that Connects Historic Commercial Districts with Technical Assistance, Peer Community Networks, and Grant Opportunities that Support Preservation-Based Economic Development. (A) Public Hearing; (B) Possible Action Land Management Code Amendments - The Historic Preservation Board Will Review Proposed Amendments to the Land Management Code for Regulations of Fences in Historic Residential Zoning Districts. PL-25-06769 (A) Public Hearing; (B) Possible Recommendation for Planning Commission Review on June 24, 2026 External Siding Materials in Historic Districts - The Historic Preservation Board Will Review and Consider Adopting the Materials Evaluation Framework for Alternative Siding Materials for Use on Additions to Historic Structures and New Residential Infill in the Historic Districts. PL-25-06407 (A) Public Hearing; (B) Action 844 Empire Avenue - Modification - The Applicant Proposes Modifying the Historic Preservation Board's February 7, 2024, Material Deconstruction Approval to Remove Approximately 255 Square Feet of Historic Material to Accommodate an Addition to the Significant Historic Structure in the Historic Residential - 1 Zoning District. PL-26-06801 (A) Public Hearing; (B) Action WORK SESSION Historic District Grant Program - The Historic Preservation Board Will Conduct a Work Session on Potential Updates to the Historic District Grant Program.
