PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Trustees (the 'Board'), of Verk Industrial Regional Public Infrastructure District (the 'District'), will hold a meeting of the Board on Thursday, May 21, 2026 commencing at 4:00 p.m., at Spanish Fork City, Library Hall, Explorer Room, 80 South Main Street, Spanish Fork UT 84660 and via Microsoft Teams, at which time the Board shall proceed according to the following agenda:
I. ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS
A. Call to order.
B. Public Comment.
C. Review and consider approval of minutes from the February 18, 2026, special board meeting (enclosure).
II. FINANCIAL MATTERS
A. Review and ratify approval of previous claims (enclosure).
B. Review and consider acceptance of March 31, 2026 Unaudited Financial Statements (enclosure).
C. Consider approval of tentative operating and capital budget for Fiscal Year 2026-2027, adoption of Resolution No. 2026-04 Adopting the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Tentative Budget and set a public hearing to take public comment on the same (enclosure).
