: Notice of Certification of Annexation Petition Annexation: CRL Addition Annexation Applicant/Sponsor: Collin Bowler Acreage: 71.156 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 7, 2026, the City of Enterprise ('Enterprise') received a Petition for Annexation ('Petition') as well as an annexation plat for the proposed annexation of property consisting of 71.156 acres to be known as the 'CRL Addition' to the City of Enterprise. On January 14, 2026 the City Council of Enterprise accepted the Petition. On January 28, 2026 the Enterprise City Recorder certified the Petition and delivered it to the Enterprise City Council. The property within the proposed addition is positioned to the west of South Center Street. It is owned by CRL, LLC. Currently, the Petition is supported by property owners holding 100% of the fair market value of the private property located within the purposed CRL Addition. The purposed CRL Addition is more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING AT THE SOUTH 1/4 CORNER OF SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 37 SOUTH, RANGE 17 WEST, SALT LAKE BASE AND MERIDIAN, RUNNING THENCE NO°13'21' W, 1455.36 FEET ALONG THE NORTH-SOUTH CENTER SECTION LINE OF SECTION 14 TO AS POINT ON THE BOUNDARY OF THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF ENTERPRISE CITY (RANDALL ADDITION ANNEXATION TO ENTERPRISE CITY); THENCE ALONG SAID BOUNDARY THE FOLLOWING TWO (2) COURSES; N89°57'24'E, 20.00 FEET; THENCE NO°13'21'W, 864.89 FEET TO THE BOUNDARY OF TAX PARCEL NO. E3-208-A AS SHOWN ON THE RECORDS OF THE WASHINGTION COUNTY RECORDER; THENCE ALONG SAID BOUNDARY AND CONTINUING ALONG THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF ENTERPRISE CITY THE FOLLOWING FOUR (4) COURSES: N89°47'12'E, 937.00 FEET; THENCE NO°13'21'W, 16.51 FEET; THENCE N89°46'39'E, 380.16 FEET TO THE 1/16TH LINE (EAST LINE OF THE WEST HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER), SAID POINT BEING ON THE WEST LINE OF CENTER STREET AS SHOWN ON THE CENTER STREET, 550 SOUTH AND 650 SOUTH ROADWAY DEDICATION PLAT FILED AS RECORDED # 677310 IN THE OFFICE OF THE WASHINGTON COUNTY RECORDER; THENCE S0°19'26'E, 2341.65 FEET ALONG THE 1/16TH LINE TO THE SOUTH LINE OF SECTION 14; THENCE S89°59'45'W, 1341.31 FEET ALONG SAID SOUTH LINE TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. CONTAINING 71.156 ACRES MORE OR LESS. Parcel Nos. 8120-A-NC and 8120-B-NC A complete copy of the Petition and the purposed Annexation Plat is available for viewing and inspection at the Enterprise City Office located at 375 South 200 East, Enterprise, Utah, during normal business hours. The City will be publishing an original Notice of Annexation for three (3) consecutive weeks: beginning the week of May 18 and then the weeks of MAY 25, and June 1, 2026. The original Notice of Annexation was sent to the Affected Entities on May 13, 2026, and the deadline to file a protest with the Washington County Boundary Commission is June 10, 2026. Notwithstanding the above, Enterprise hereby gives notice that it will not contest or object to a written protest filed in compliance with Utah Code Ann. § 10-2-407 by an Affected Entity, as long as it is filed with Washington County Boundary Commission by June 10, 2026. The address for the Washington County Boundary Commission is: Attn: County Clerk, 111 E Tabernacle, St. George, Utah 84770. ENTERPRISE MAY GRANT THE PETITION AND ANNEX THE AREA DESCRIBED IN THE PETITION UNLESS A WRITTEN PROTEST TO THE PETITION IS FILED WITH THE WASHINGTON COUNTY BOUNDARY COMMISSION AND A COPY OF THE PROTEST DELIVERED TO THE ENTERPRISE CITY RECORDER ON OR BEFORE THE PROTEST PERIOD EXPIRES. Notice is further given that, if annexed, the proposed addition may automatically be annexed to a local district providing fire protection, paramedic, and emergency services pursuant to Utah Code Ann. § 17B-1-416, if Enterprise is entirely within the boundary of a local district: (I) that provides fire protection , paramedic, and emergency services; and (II) in the creation of which an election was not required because of Utah Code Ann. § 17B-1-214(3)(c); and the area purposed to be annexed to Enterprise is not already within the boundaries of the local district. Notice is further given that, if annexed, the proposed addition may be automatically withdrawn from a local district providing fire protection, paramedic, and emergency services, as provided in Utah Code Ann. § 17B-1-502(2), if: the petition proposes the annexation of an area that is within the boundaries of a local district: (I) that provides fire protection, paramedic, and emergency services; and (II) in the creation of which an election was not required because of Utah Code Ann. § 17B-1-214(3)(c); and Enterprise is not within the boundaries of the local district. It is anticipated that a Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at 7:00 PM, in conjunction with Enterprise City Council Meeting held in the Council Chambers at 375 South 200 East, Enterprise, Utah.
