PUBLIC NOTICE BOARD OF TRUSTEES ANNUAL BOARD MEETING CENTRAL UTAH WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT 1426 E 750 N, STE 400, OREM, UT 84097 WEDNESDAY, MAY 20, 2026 1:00 PM PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Utah Code Sections 52-4-201, 52-4-204, and 52-4-205, that the Board of Trustees of the Central Utah Water Conservancy District will hold its Annual Board of Trustees Meeting on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at District Headquarters, 1426 E 750 N, Orem, Utah 84097. Those who wish to participate in the public comment portion of the meeting may attend in person at our anchor location or submit any statements or comments by 4:30 p.m., Tuesday, May 19, 2026, to landerson@cuwcd.gov. Consider adopting Resolution 2026-05-05 Authorizing the Issuance and Sale of Water Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2026A 3. Consider scheduling a Hearing Date for Reopening the 2025-2026 Budget 4. Pursuant to Utah Code Section 59-2-919(4)(a), the budget officer of Central Utah Water Conservancy District intends to state in the public meeting that the tentative budget for FY2027 includes a proposed tax rate increase and plans to present in the public meeting a property tax impact schedule as defined in Utah Code Section 59-2-924 5. Consider presenting the Property Tax Impact Schedule 6. Pursuant to Utah Code Section 59-2-919(4)(b), Central Utah Water Conservancy District (the District) intends to state in the public meeting that the District is considering levying a tax rate that exceeds the District's certified tax rate; the approximate dollar amount of and purpose for additional ad valorem tax revenue that would be generated by the proposed tax rate increase described in Utah Coe Section 59-2-919(4)(b)(i)(A); the approximate percentage increase in ad valorem tax revenue for the District based on the proposed tax rate increase described in Utah Code Section 59-2-919(4)(b)(i)(A); and that if the District proceeds with the proposed tax rate increase, the District will provide notice of and conduct a public hearing, as required by Utah Code Section 59-2-919(4)(c), a which members of the public will have an opportunity to provide comments on the proposed tax rate increase 7. Consider adopting the 2026-2027 Tentative Budget 8. Consider scheduling a Hearing Date for the Adoption of the 2026-2027 Budget 7. Closed Session to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual (UCA 52-4-205(1)(a)) 8. Closed Session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation (UCA 52-4-205(1)(c)) 9. Closed Session to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares (UCA 52-4-205(1)(d)(i)(ii)) 10. Closed Session to discuss the sale of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares (UCA 52-4-205(1)(e)) 11. Open Session 12. Annual Meeting of the Board of Trustees A.
