Simpson: motions to approve the minutes with changes discussed

Community Input:
Josh Ewing let the BWW know that the TOB council had decided to move forward with some secondary water exploration. Patrick McDermott will be heading up a group to explore some options for developing a secondary water program.
Yearous asked if that would help protect the 500 acre feet of river water rights.
Powell said that he had been looking into the water rights and they are already in the town name and he felt it was a step in the right direction.
Culinary Water:
Powell: The system is running well, he will take water samples to Moab in order for them to get turned in on time. We cannot mail from Bluff, Blanding or Monticello and get there on time.
We are trying to talk someone into open a lab in Blanding to get them processed.
Meter installations are continuing to go well.
We now have 3 certified water operators. Kristen Bushnell and
Antonio Davila both are working with Benny as a mentor to get fully certified level 3 certification. It will take 2 years to complete the process.

Simpson asked about Nielson payment for the damage with the road construction
Powell: Nielson Construction still hasn't paid for the repairs.
