Truth in Taxation Notification
The Business Administrator/Budget Officer of Juab County School District intends to state the following:
Juab County School District is considering a tax rate that exceeds the certified rate.
The approximate dollar amount of the increase is $1,100,000, to be used for the improvements, remodeling, and expansion of the Career and Technology Education (CTE) Building at Juab High School.
The approximate percentage increase in ad valorem tax revenue that is based on the proposed tax rate increase is 14.76%.
Juab County School District shall provide notice of and conduct a public hearing as required where members of the public have an opportunity to comment on the proposed increase.
