REPORTS CONSENT ITEMS The Commission may approve these items without discussion or public comment and may remove an item to the Business Items for discussion and consideration. 1. Approval of Minutes: Regular Meeting April 14, 2026. BUSINESS ITEMS The Commission will discuss (without public comment) and may approve the following items: 1. Revised phase 1 annexation boundary 2. Cedar Berry Estates Phase 1 3. MG40 zone 4. Sensitive overlay zone 5. ADU requirements 6. APWA Standards review 7. Street standards PUBLIC COMMENT Time for Public Input is limited to no more than 2-3 minutes per person. This time has been set aside for the public to express ideas, concerns, and comments for subject matter not listed as public hearing on the agenda. ADJOURNMENT
