PUBLIC NOTICE TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Snowville Town Council will hold its regular monthly meeting on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at the Snowville Town Hall, located at 20 West Main, which meeting will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. THE AGENDA FOR THIS MEETING SHALL BE AS FOLLOWS Welcome -Mayor James Beagley Pledge- Brandon Garbanti Prayer- Trisha Arbon Acceptance of the Agenda and Acceptance of Minutes from the Previous Meeting Jason with IDAWY Planning and Zoning - Cody Carter/ Carson Morgan Cody Carter- talking about a water hook-up for an RV Site Pro-Term Mayor Electric Fences Lawn Mower at the Park Outside Water Restrictions Update on the Waterline Sewer-Clynn Josephson Bids for the Power Line to the Bowery Budget for 2026 -2027: talk about it Jared Rose- Weekly $125 to $225 / Weed and Feed 4 Applications to the Lawn for the Park Rock or Mulch for the Flower Beds at the Town Hall Box Elder County Sheriff (3 min) - Forsgren (Eric Dursteler) (5 Min) - Drilling a new Town Well Snowville Fire Department (3min) - Snowville EMS (3 min) - Snowville Clerk (3 min)- Snowville Treasure (3 min) - AJ Morgan Water Operator- Update on the broken waterline at the county and state level to get the water safe again. Carson Morgan- Plans for the 4th of July Council Member Garbanati (3 min) Council Member meeting for Ordinance Council Member Johnson (3 min) - Bridge Update Council Member Arbon(3 min.) - Council Member Morgan (3min.)- Public Comment (3 minutes Per Person, Total of 15 minutes) Accept the Expenses Adjourn ****POST MEETING MINUTES***** In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations, including auxiliary communicative aids and services during this meeting, should contact Stacey S.
