The City Council meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at the City Office, 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. The City Council Chambers may be an anchor location for participation by electronic means. The agenda will consist of the following items:

5. Approve proposal from HBME, LLC in the amount of $39,000 for auditing services. Lindey Matheson
6. Approve the appointment of Kelsi Leavitt, Elaine Vickers and Kyle Bishop to the RAP Tax Arts committee. Mayor Nelson
7. Approve settlement agreement in the amount of $500,000 with Armbrust. Paul Bittmenn

9. Consider approving a Residential Development Overlay (RDO) and Development Agreement for the Cross Hollow RDO located in the vicinity of Cody Drive and Cross Hollow Road. Go Civil/Randall McUne
