Approval of the March 10, 2026, regular meeting minutes Legislative Items 3. 6:00 p.m. - PUBLIC HEARING - Consider a request to amend the following maps, for the property located at approximately 2715 West 4800 South a. General Plan (Future Land Use Map) from Single-Family Residential to Multi-Family Residential b. Zoning Map from RE-20 (Residential Estates) to either R-3 (Multi-Family Residential) 4. 6:00 p.m. - PUBLIC HEARING - Consider a request to annex into Roy City an 3.96-acre parcel located at approximately 2175 West 3750 South 5. 6:00 p.m. - PUBLIC HEARING - Consider a request for a Development Agreement with Steward Land Co. regarding a project located at approximately 3925 West 4965 South, to allow 43 single-family dwellings on smaller lots.
