Summit County Service Area #3 NOTICE OF FEE HEARING
Pursuant to Section 17B-1-643 of the Utah Code, the Summit County Service Area #3 Board of
Trustees will hold a public hearing at 6:00 pm on May 19, 2026, to consider revisions to
the Service Area's water rate schedule.
The hearing will take place at the Mountain Life Church located at 7375 Silver Creek Rd., Park
City, Utah. The public hearing will consider revisions and updates to the Service Area's water
rate and fee schedule for the services the Service Area provides. The fee schedule may impose
or increase certain fees. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment on the
proposed imposition or increase of the water rates and fees and to explain the reasons for the
proposed imposition or increase.
The proposed water rates will be made available for public inspection on May 11, 2026, at the
Service Area's offices at 629 Parkway Drive, Park City, Utah and on the Service Area's website
