Notice is hereby given that the St. George Housing Authority will hold a board meeting at the Dixie Sun Manor complex located at 975 N. 1725 W. # 101, St. George UT 84770.
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
1. Approve minutes of Board Meeting April 14, 2025.
2. Review Housing Assistance Reports (HAP) May 2026.
3. Discuss 2025-2026 SGHA budget.
4. Discuss 2026-2027 New Budget. Board approval
5. Discuss Grievance Process in more detail. (Daniel Baldwin)
6. Report on Utah NAHRO Conference April 21-22.
7. Jane Fehrenbacker report on DSM
8. Report from Steve Kemp City Council.
9. Reports from Board Members and Housing Director.
10. Request a closed meeting to discuss litigation, security, property acquisition or sale of the character and professional competence or physical or mental health of an individual.
