NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the Governing Board of the Municipal Building Authority of Kaysville City, Utah (the 'Authority') will be held on Thursday, May 7, 2026 at 6:50 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Kaysville City Hall at 23 East Center Street, Kaysville, Utah.
The agenda shall be as follows:
1. Opening
2. Adoption of FY 2027 Tentative MBA Budget and Setting a Public Hearing
3. Adjournment

Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation
A member of the Agency Governing Board may participate in meetings by telephone providing that at least three members of the Agency Governing Board are present in person at the meeting, no more than two members of the Agency Governing Board participate by telephone, and if the Chair is participating by telephone, the Vice-Chair shall preside over the meeting.
