- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the governing board of the following special service districts will hold public hearings on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, starting at 6:00 p.m.: - Jordanelle Special Service District - Twin Creeks Special Service District - North Village Special Service District The public hearings will be held in the Wasatch County Council Chambers, located at 25 North Main Street, Heber City, to consider the proposed adoption of new or amended Drought Response Policies, which may include increased water rates. A report explaining the proposed policies and rates will be presented at the hearing. The purpose of the hearing will be to explain the reason for the proposed policies and rates and to hear comments on the proposals.
