- Notice of Request for Proposals The Jordanelle Creeks Special Service District ('JSSD') is issuing a Request for Proposals ('RFP') from firms interested in serving as the Construction Manager / General Contractor for the JSSD Water Reclamation Facility Phase 2 Expansion Project. To obtain a copy of the RFP, contact the Project Coordinator for this project, Clayton Riding, at criding@jssd.us. Anyone requesting a copy of the RFP will be asked to provide their name, company, telephone number, and email address. A copy of the RFP will also be available at JSSD offices at 5360 N. Old Hwy 40, Heber City, UT, 84032. Proposals will be due June 1, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.
