- NOTICE AND AGENDA POSTED AT MYTON CITY HALL May 4, 2026 2:30 p.m. Notice is hereby given that the Myton City Council will hold their regular meeting Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at Myton City Hall, which meeting will begin at 6:30 P.M. This meeting may or may not be conducted electronically via telephone or zoom. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Roll call. 2. Preliminary Public Hearing On 2026-2027 Budget and Opening and Amending 2025-2026 Budget 3. 4. Reading & Approval of minutes of previous meetings. 5. Public Comment 6. Bruce Dart update on Veterans Memorial 7. Ordinance #052026 Moon Lake Electric Association Franchise Agreement 8. Preliminary Budget hearing for fiscal year 2025-2026 9. City Departmental Reports on last month's activities Keri Brown-Administrative Alan Allred- Maintenance Sam Davis- Fire Department 10. Closed Executive Session- 52-4-205(c) and (d)(ii) Strategy Session to discuss pending, reasonably imminent and ongoing litigation, water rights or shares. 11. Closed Executive Session- 52-4-205(1)(a) Discussion of the Character, Professional Competence, or Physical or Mental Health of an individual(s) 11 . Approval and Signing of Checks 12.
