- Snowville Town Planning & Zoning Commission Regular Meeting Agenda MEETING INFORMATION Date: Thursday, May 7, 2026 Time: 7:00 PM Location: Snowville Town Hall, 20 W Main Street, Snowville, Utah This meeting is held in accordance with the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act (Utah Code ยง52-4). CALL TO ORDER The Chair will call the meeting to order at the scheduled time. ROLL CALL Commission Members: - Chair: Cody Carter - Member: Carolyn Larkin - Member: AJ Morgan - Member: Colleen Hansen - Member: Debbie Garbanati - Member: Casey Smoot Council Member Representative: - Mike Morgan Secretary: - Carson Morgan APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MINUTES Review and consideration of approval of the minutes from the previous Planning & Zoning Commission meeting. DISCUSSION ITEMS Rural Water & Impact Fees Discussion Presenter: Dennis (Rural Water) - Overview of rural water infrastructure considerations for Snowville Town - Discussion of impact fees related to water systems - Coordination between water planning and land use decisions - Assistance opportunities for development of the Snowville Town General Plan COMMISSIONER REPORTS Individual commissioner comments, training updates, or future agenda requests. PUBLIC COMMENT Public comments on items not listed as a public hearing. The Chair may limit comments to ensure orderly conduct of the meeting. ADJOURNMENT Motion to adjourn the meeting.
