NOTICE OF PETITION TO AMEND THE GENERAL PLAN AND TO REZONE PROPERTY
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
May 12, 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to review a proposal for to amend the General Plan land designation of approximately 1.52 acres from Agriculture to Institutional Use and rezone approximately 26.12 acres of property from 'A' (Agriculture) to 'PB' (Professional Office). The property is located at approximately 790 East Antelope Drive and 1867 North Fairfield Road.
The hearing will be held at the regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting. Public comments are welcomed.
