The Lindon City Council will hold a joint meeting with the Timpanogos School District Board at 5:15 pm on Monday, May 4, 2026 in the Lindon City Center Council Chambers, 100 North State Street, Lindon, Utah. The agenda will consist of the following: WORK SESSION - 5:15 P.M. - Conducting: Carolyn Lundberg, Mayor 1. Discussion Items: - Discussion - Overview of TSD Accomplishments (First 5 Months) (5 minutes) - Discussion - Boundary Study Status Update: Committees, Schedule, Areas of Focus (Robust Elementary Schools, Grade Configurations, Feeder Systems) (5 minutes) - Discussion - TSD Projected Financial Overview (5 minutes) - Discussion - Intergovernmental Coordination - Drop-off and pick-up, traffic & parking congestion and safety at district schools in Lindon City (plans for future when TSD is Operational) (5 minutes) - Discussion - SRO Coordination - (staffing & coverage concerns; school information access & use; plans for future when TSD is operational) (5 minutes) - Discussion - Desired collaboration on future facility rental agreements for youth sports (5 minutes) - Discussion - Update on potential TSD Admin office location (5 minutes) - Discussion - Future meeting schedule: TSD Board with Lindon City Council & TSD Staff with Lindon City Staff (5 minutes) - Other Discussion (as time allows): o Coordinated public messaging o Shared priorities at the state level o Partnerships with local businesses 6:15 P.M. - Adjourn
