NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CAPITAL FACILITIES PLAN, IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN, AND IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS AMENDMENTS
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Grantsville City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of receiving public input regarding proposed amendments to the City's Capital Facilities Plans (CFPs), Impact Fee Facilities Plans (IFFPs), and Impact Fee Analyses (IFAs).
The proposed amendments include updates to the City's plans related to Drinking Water, Public Safety, Parks, Wastewater, Water Rights Acquisition, and Storm Drainage. These amendments are being considered in accordance with Utah Code Annotated §11-36a-502 and are intended to reflect current and projected infrastructure needs to support growth and development within Grantsville City. Transportation-related plans are not included in these amendments but will be considered at a future public hearing.
The public hearing will be held in person at Grantsville City Hall, located at 429 E. Main Street, Grantsville, Utah, 84029, and electronically via Zoom.
Public comments are welcome and may be provided in person at the meeting or electronically using the following information:

Written comments may also be submitted to the City Recorder, Alicia Fairbourne, at afairbourne@grantsvilleut.gov. All written comments will be distributed to the City Council and entered into the public record. To ensure consideration, comments must be received no later than 12:00 p.m. (noon) on the day of the meeting.
In accordance with Utah Code Annotated §11-36a-502(1)(a), copies of the proposed Impact Fee Facilities Plans and Impact Fee Analyses will be available for public review at least 10 days prior to the public hearing at Grantsville City Hall during regular business hours and on the City's official website and the Utah Public Notice Website.
