NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PUBLIC HEARING TO REVIEW THE DISTRICT'S TENTATIVE AMENDED BUDGET FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2026
The Board of Trustees of the Skyfall Infrastructure Financing District (the 'District') will hold a Public Hearing at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, May 1, 2026, at the office of WBA, PC, 139 Hunter's Grv Ln., Suite 200, Lehi, UT 84043, and via teleconference.

The purpose of the hearing is to take public comment on adopting the District's Tentative Amended Budget as the Final Amended Budget for Calendar Year 2026. The Tentative Amended Budget is available for inspection by the public at the District's principle place of business, 95 S State St, Salt Lake City, UT 84111.
Members of the public are invited to attend the hearing where they will be given the opportunity to be heard on the estimates of revenues and expenditures or any item in the tentative budget of any fund.
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing reasonable accommodation to fully participate in this hearing should notify Emilee Hansen at 303-858-1800 at least one full business day prior to the hearing.
