Public Notice is hereby given that
Oakley Planning Commission
will hold a public hearing and take possible action:
Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at 6:00 p.m.
AND
Oakley City Council
will hold a public hearing and take possible action:
Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at 7.30 p.m.

The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments and take possible action regarding:
Plat Amendment affecting River Haven Subdivision: primarily adjusting the building envelopes for lots108-113 AND
Second Amendment to Development Agreement for River Haven Subdivision. Notable proposed changes included:
-determination of affordable housing obligation
-fencing along Millrace Road and along Northern subdivision boundary
-proposed amenities building in open space with associated wetland setback variance
-building envelope adjustments for lots 108-113 with river setback variance.
PLEASE NOTE:
Public comment will be received during the Public Hearing section of this meeting. Please keep your comments to 3 minutes. Public comments can also be sent to stephanie@oakleycity.com. These comments will be reviewed by Commissioners/Councilmembers prior to meeting.
