- BRIGHAM CITY, UTAH NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR SEALED BIDS FOR GRAZING LEASE ON CITY PROPERTY DUE DATE: May 7, 2026 Brigham City will receive sealed bid proposals at City Hall, 20 North Main Street, Brigham City, Utah until May 7, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. for a 2-year grazing lease on City property. The properties contain approximately 396.74 acres total on the following parcels: 03-075-0023, 03-003-0050, 03-067-0029, 03-257-0004, 03-108-0117, 03-108-0132, 03-108-0013. The Request for Bids, and all related information, may be obtained on Brigham City's website at https://www.bcutah.gov/page/bid-opportunities or by contacting Mike Waite at 435-226-1437 or by email at mwaite@bcutah.gov.
