PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annabella Planning Commission will hold Public Hearings and a meeting on Monday,
April 27th, 2026, beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Annabella Town Council chambers located at 295 East 300 North,
Annabella, Utah. Chairman Kent Poulson conducting. The agenda shall be as follows: (Note: The agenda may be
accelerated, or line items may be discussed in any order.)
I. Public Hearing 6:00p.m.
Public Hearing to gather input from residents and interested parties regarding proposed changes and
adoption of the following:
The Land Use Ordinance
The WUI (Wildland-Urban Interface)
II. Planning Commission Meeting
A. Roll call
B. Approval of minutes
III. Business
A. Discussion and possible recommendation of the Land Use Ordinance
B. Discussion and possible recommendation of the WUI (Wildland-Urban Interface)
C. Review of current conditional use permits
D. Review building permit applications
E. Other business
IV. Adjourn.
