SYRACUSE CITY Syracuse City Disaster Preparedness Committee Agenda April 23, 2026 - 7:00 p.m. Syracuse Emergency Operations Center 1751 S. 2000 W. Syracuse, UT 84075 Notice is hereby given that the Syracuse City Disaster Preparedness Committee will participate in a meeting on Thursday, February 22, 2026, at 7:00 pm in the Syracuse Emergency Operations Center, 1751 S. 2000 W., Syracuse City, Davis County, Utah. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss/review the following items: Welcome: Mr. Scott Bohn Call to Order: Prayer: Pledge of Allegiance: Review March 26 Meeting Minutes: Mr. Scott Bohn Welcome Guests/Visitors: Committee Business: 1. April 18, 2026 (Saturday), Review Syracuse City: Great Shake Out 08:00-10:15 a. Reviewed times for exercise: start time 08:00 close exercise 10:15, Last call, EOC 10:30 for debrief b. Reviewed objectives: a) Primary goal invite all citizens to sign up for Everbridge b) Second, help volunteers to know where their local operations center is located and that they are needed during a disaster c) Finally to mobilize volunteers to help execute the RDAP plan in their areas/districts Assessment (Red, green) hanger from DC 2. Need to finalize the presentation for the City Council on Exercise - Chris Larsen has information 3. DPC Articles and assignments: 4. 2027 Syracuse Emergency Preparedness Fair - April or May 2027 a. Need to secure a date for community Center 17 or 24 April 2027? b. Assignments need to be made 5.
