PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Vineyard Library Board will hold a regularly scheduled Library Board meeting on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 6:00 PM, in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 125 South Main Street, Vineyard, UT.

2.1. Approval of March Library Board Meeting Minutes
3. BUSINESS ITEMS
3.1. Meeting Schedule for the Year
Discuss meeting frequency, including increasing to monthly meetings (approximately 10 per year) and potential changes to meeting day due to overlap with City Council.
4. REVIEW OF UPCOMING EVENTS AND ASSIGNMENTS
4.1. Summer Programming
Valerie will discuss upcoming summer programs and scheduling
4.2. Vineyard Days & Parade
Review the plan for Vineyard Days parade, and then go over who will want to volunteer for the Vineyard Days booth
5. STAFF AND COMMISSION REPORTS
5.1. Library Report
Valerie will provide updates on library operations, programming, certification. Brian will introduce himself and discuss upcoming initiatives
6. WORK SESSION
6.1. Storytime Review and Expansion
Review current storytime and discuss the addition of an additional weekly session, including structure (free vs. sponsored).
6.2. Adult Collection Survey
Review and discuss the adult collection survey
6.3. Library Communication and Visibility
Discuss updates to signage, social media, and follow-up on adding a library button to the city website.
6.4. Logo Rollout
Continue discussion on implementing the new library logo.
6.5. Board Roles and Responsibilities
Review and assign responsibilities to board members.
6.6. Strategic Planning
Continue strategic planning discussion as time allows.
7. ADJOURNMENT
The next meeting is on May 19th, 2026.
