PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that Orangeville City will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m. and its regular meeting at 7:00 p.m. on April 16, 2026 at City Hall, 25 North Main, Orangeville, Utah, 84537, to consider the agenda items hereinafter set forth.
PUBLIC HEARING 6:00P.M.
Agenda will be as follows:
1. Introduction by Mayor Shaun Bell
2. Open Public Hearing
3. Accept Public Comments
4. Discuss Current and Future Water Usage and Installation of Meters on Secondary Agriculture water connections.
5. Discuss Ordinance 2026-3 AN ORDINANCE OF THE ORANGEVILLECITY COUNCIL AMENDING PROVISIONS ON SECONDARY IRRIGATION SYSTEMS AND REQUIRING INSTALLATION OF WATER METERS, CHAPTERS 9-3-1 AND 9-3-2; CLARIFYING PROHIBITION OF FLOOD IRRIGATION, CHAPTER 9-3-4; PROVIDING DEFINITION; AND PROVIDING FOR ENFORCEMENT AND PENALTIES, CHAPTER 9-4-3 AND CHAPTER 9-4-6, OF THE ORANGEVILLE CITY CODE.

13. Approve/Deny- Fertilizing the Cemetery Lawn in the amount of $ 1,450.00
14. Discuss solutions for secondary watering on half acre or more lots.
15. 20. Approve/Deny- Reimbursement for Gwen Moore in the amount of $50.00 for booth rental.
21. Ratify
- Utility account reimbursement for David Morgan in amount of $16.21.
- Repair for Planning and Zoning Truck in the amount of $194.98.
