1. Review and consider the formal recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission prior to the adoption of Ordinance 2026-04-23 amending Title 1, Administration; Title 2, Board And Commissions; Title 3, Business And License Regulations; Title 4, Public Health And Safety; Title 5, Police Regulations; Title 6, Motor Vehicles And Traffic; Title 7, Public Ways And Property; Title 8, Water And Sewer; Title 9, Building Regulations; Title 10, Zoning Regulations; Title 11, Subdivision Regulations; and Title 12, Flood Control. The proposed amendments are to update terminology, correct conflicts, provide additional context and clarity, remove obsolete information, and to update relevant policies to reflect various changes in Utah State Code (as amended).
