- Approval of Minutes: January 20th, 2026 2. Citizen Comments: (see above for instructions) 3. Public hearing: Consider a resolution amending the budget for the fiscal year 2025-2026 4. Action Item: Consider a resolution finding that a detention basin to be constructed at 4580 South Cherry Street in Murray, Utah, benefits the Cherry Street neighborhood Development Project Area. 5. Action Item: Consider a resolution approving an agreement requiring the RDA to reimburse Murray City and its stormwater division for costs incurred to construct a detention basin at 4580 South Cherry Street, Murray, Utah, resulting in a benefit to the Cherry Street Neighborhood Development Project Area. 6. Action Item: Consider a resolution dissolving the Cherry Street Neighborhood Development Project Area.
- Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)
- Special accommodations for the hearing or visually impaired will be made upon a request to the Office of the Murray City Recorder, 801-264-2660. The City would appreciate notification two working days prior to the meeting. TDD number is 801-264-2508.

- Agency members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If an agency member does participate via telephonic communication, the agency member will be on speaker phone. The speaker phone will be amplified so that the other agency members and all other persons present in the Council Chambers will be able to hear all discussions.

- The Council meets the first and third Tuesday of each month. An annual meeting schedule is adopted and published in a newspaper of general circulation at the beginning of the year. Meeting agendas are also published on the City's website, as are approved
