Notice is hereby given that the Board of Emery County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the Commission Chambers of the Emery County Administration Building, located at 75 East Main Street, Castle Dale, Utah 84513.
This public hearing will not be held during the regularly scheduled Commission Meeting and will be held independently outside of regular work hours to further enable citizen involvement
The purpose of this public hearing is to receive public comment regarding utility-scale solar projects within Emery County
