Ordinance 2026-13 Ordinance amending section 11-32-060, access to off street parking and loading spaces, of Title 11, Zoning regulations to establish standards for construction and maintenance of driveways. Ordinance 2026-14 Ordinance amending Section 11-17-045, alternative lot and setback standards, and additional lots, of Title 11, planning and zoning to offer flexibility in lot sizes and to create and incentive for moderate income housing
