- PUBLIC NOTICE of Budget Hearing to amend Morgan County's 2026 Budget The Morgan County Commission will hold a Budget Hearing on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the County Commission Meeting Room at the Morgan County Courthouse, 48 West Young Street, Morgan, Utah. The purpose of the Budget Hearing is to open and amend Morgan County's 2026 budget. All interested citizens are invited to attend and will be given the opportunity to provide written and oral comments. The proposed budget amendments are available for public review in the office of the Clerk/Auditor, Room 18, Morgan County Courthouse.
